I decided to switch up my chest routine. I dropped barbell bench press and replaced it with DB bench. Ive been messing with it the past 2 or 3 workouts and I really feel a better pump with the DB's. Plus Ive been trying to hit my upper chest more. So here is what my chest workout looks like:
Incline BB Press: 12x135, 10x155, 8x185, 4x205. ( Its kinda weak) Flat DB Press: 8x75, 8x80, 10x90, 6x90. Pec Fly: 10x160, 12x145, 12x130, 10x130. Assisted Dips: 3 sets of 10.
